Leading Computer Science Education in Ohio

Cleveland State University (CSU) in collaboration with the University of California San Diego (UCSD) is excited to announce the Computing in Secondary Schools (CISS), a CS10K project designed to provide computer science education professional development to high school teachers with CS Principles course throughout the state of Ohio. This project is part of the nationwide CS10K Community.

Our professional development is largely based on the curriculum for CS Principles that has been developed and taught by Dr. Beth Simon at the University of California, San Diego. The course uses the Alice language.
